With a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a background in backend systems administration, Andrea ensures our learning platform remains fast, secure, and accessible for users across Australia and the region.

Andrea’s work spans multiple areas — from managing student systems and course delivery platforms to coordinating performance improvements and ensuring accessibility for remote users. She leads technical collaboration with our Cambodian IT team, ensuring the Beebox LMS and CRM remain stable and up-to-date. Her expertise supports CPD delivery, which meets the high standards required by ASIC and other regulatory bodies.

At Beebox, Andrea also oversees data security protocols, digital uptime, and seamless integration between course modules and learner dashboards. Her proactive approach ensures that both trainers and students experience minimal disruptions and maximum clarity when engaging with compliance materials.

More than just a systems expert, Andrea provides hands-on operational support across the business. Andrea brings calm efficiency to even the busiest moments, whether helping resolve enrolment issues, troubleshooting student logins, or coordinating with team members on new content rollouts. She mentors junior staff, contributes to backend planning, and supports the administration of our student management system (SMS) and website CMS.
